STAPLES – Price Scanner

Telling customers that Staples has the lowest prices on office supply isn’t very exciting content.

In a fun concept, to communicate their always low prices, the creative team decided to utilize the timeline of the video viewer to show that Staples is constantly comparing and scanning for lower prices so that the customers don’t have to. Meanwhile, people could enjoy beloved internet content of things like dogs, kittens and children misbehaving tied together with witty copy relating to office life.

These fun and quirky 5-15 second preroll videos where developed and produced in-house at Staples and included 8 clips localized as well as an animated banner campaign using texting and emojis.
